The Vice President, Sales, Key Accounts will develop and execute strategies to drive significant revenue growth within high-value key accounts, lead a dedicated team, and build strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic account plans for key accounts
Establish and maintain executive-level relationships
Identify opportunities to expand Xometry's footprint
Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a high-performing team
Provide leadership and guidance to the team
Develop and manage sales forecasts and targets
Monitor and analyze sales performance
Implement strategies to drive revenue growth
Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
Act as a trusted advisor to key accounts
Collaborate with internal teams
Analyze market trends and competitive landscape
Develop and execute strategies to acquire new key accounts
Maintain accurate records within the CRM
Provide sales forecasting and reports
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field (MBA preferred)
10+ years of experience in enterprise sales or key account management
5+ years of sales leadership experience
Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth
Strong understanding of complex sales cycles
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Experience with CRM and sales analytics tools
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with large annual spend accounts
Experience in manufacturing or technology industry (highly desirable)
Proven ability to build and scale key account sales teams
Experience with solution-based or consultative selling
