Job Description

The Vice President, Sales, Key Accounts will develop and execute strategies to drive significant revenue growth within high-value key accounts, lead a dedicated team, and build strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans for key accounts
  • Establish and maintain executive-level relationships
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand Xometry's footprint
  • Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a high-performing team
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to the team
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts and targets
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance
  • Implement strategies to drive significant revenue growth
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Act as a trusted advisor to key accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new key accounts
  • Maintain accurate records within the CRM
  • Provide sales forecasting and reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales or key account management
  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience
  • Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of complex sales cycles
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with CRM and sales analytics tools
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with accounts with large annual spends
  • Experience in the manufacturing or technology industry highly desirable
  • Proven ability to build and scale key account sales teams
  • Experience with solution based or consultative selling
