Job Description

Xometry is seeking a highly motivated Senior Account Executive to build and own the full enterprise sales function, defining and leading a go-to-market strategy. This role involves shaping the enterprise sales approach, building pitches, identifying buyer personas, and driving deals with manufacturers and strategic partners.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage the full enterprise sales cycle
  • Create sales pitches and collateral
  • Identify and pursue strategic opportunities
  • Work with marketing, product, and leadership teams
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with stakeholders
  • Implement CRM workflows and reporting
  • Stay current on industry trends

Requirements

  • 7+ years of sales experience, with 3+ years with enterprise clients
  • Experience in advertising sales preferred
  • Experience in B2B or industrial sectors preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and Zoom
  • CRM experience with Salesforce or similar systems required
  • Ability to operate in a high-ambiguity environment
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising
  • Strategic thinker with a builder mindset
  • Ability to work onsite 3 days a week
  • Ability to travel at least 30% of the time
