Xometry is seeking a Senior Software Solutions Engineer to support the sales team by combining technical pre-sales expertise, SaaS solution architecture, and customer engagement to help customers adopt digital manufacturing software solutions.
Responsibilities
Support and close SaaS deals and customer procurement integrations
Translate technical requirements into solution proposals
Deliver demos, proof-of-concept builds, and onboarding sessions
Lead technical discovery conversations and build relationships
Inform product and go-to-market strategies
Architect and propose scalable SaaS solutions
Collaborate with teams to support product adoption
Guide prospects through integrations and platform extensibility
Provide feedback to product and engineering teams
Requirements
10+ years of experience in software engineering, technical pre-sales, or solutions architecture
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Background supporting SaaS platforms in a B2B or enterprise setting
Familiarity with the aerospace and defense industry
Experience with REST APIs, integrations, and custom workflow automation
Prior exposure to CRMs, ERP/MRP systems, or PLM tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
