Xometry is seeking a Data Scientist II to develop predictive models using machine learning and statistical techniques to predict business outcomes. The role involves data preparation, model optimization, and data analysis to inform business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop predictive models using data science and machine learning
• Write software for data preparation and sampling
• Utilize cloud resources for data processing
• Query and extract data from databases

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required
• M.S. or Ph.D. in a related field highly desired
• 3+ years of experience with machine learning and statistical modeling
• Fluent in Python
• Proficient in linear algebra and statistics
• Familiar with scientific software principals
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is desired
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
