Job Description

Xometry is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to join their Information Technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in JAMF, managing endpoint systems, supporting a SaaS-first environment, and automating IT processes. They will also contribute to infrastructure administration, onboarding flows, application access management, and serve as an escalation point for the helpdesk team.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day infrastructure administration, projects, migrations, new technology deployments, and process improvements
• Manage Okta, including troubleshooting issues and configuring new applications, policies, and features
• Lead the administration and management of endpoint systems via MDM (JAMF and Intune)
• Ensure smooth IT onboarding and offboarding automation process
• Manage application access for a comprehensive SaaS stack
• Monitor and support Meraki corporate network
• Identify opportunities for automation
• Create and maintain internal technical documentation and runbooks, while also creating user-facing knowledge base documents
• Serve as an escalation point and offer mentorship to colleagues on the IT Helpdesk
• Support go-lives or maintenance that occurs off-hours and on weekends

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in System Administration or Engineering
• Hands-on expertise with JAMF and Intune for endpoint management
• Proficient in Okta administration and configuration
• Experience managing Google Workspace Enterprise
• Strong understanding of networking concepts
• Knowledge of IT process automation
• Ability to research and analyze IT problems
• Attention to detail
• Proactive in identifying improvement opportunities
• Strong customer service, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent documentation abilities
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively
