The Process Engineer will develop and improve lithography printing processes, working cross-functionally to refine manufacturing processes and scale the platform from rapid prototyping to high-volume production.
Responsibilities
Develop and optimize lithography printing workflow
Develop and implement standard operating procedures
Design, conduct, and analyze experiments to enhance resolution, accuracy, repeatability, and throughput
Maintain lithography systems and ensure system stability
Collaborate with engineers to develop and implement new lithography system features
Collaborate with the materials team to develop and implement new chemistry and processing techniques
Work with mechanical engineers to optimize substrate fixturing
Analyze process data using statistical methods
Requirements
Proven experience in lithography or related disciplines
Ability to work with interdisciplinary teams
Hands-on experience with lithography systems
Familiarity with statistical process control and process validation
Experience with basic scripting (python preferred)
Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset
