The Associate Internal Trainer creates, schedules, maintains, and executes training for colleagues within their departments, working with the Education team to ensure colleagues are adequately trained for their roles.
Responsibilities
Provide support to Technical Training teams
Research, analyze, and document findings
Schedule colleague onboarding and coordinate training events
Process internal training board and assign tickets
Schedule certification programs and coordinate testing
Develop, add new content, and maintain SharePoint site
Develop role-based training materials and content
Work with SMEs to develop and maintain role-based training
Develop ongoing training for all colleagues
Create virtual training
Requirements
Ability to work independently with close supervision
Broad theoretical knowledge of applicable work area
Ability to adapt to new technology/processes
Ability to develop training materials and curriculum
Knowledge of adult learning techniques
Excellent communication skills
Organizational skills, detail oriented, and self-motivated
