Job Description

The Regional Sales Manager will develop and maintain relationships with strategic partners, drive sales growth, manage revenue & sales activities, and collaborate with internal teams. The successful RSM meets sales targets, identifies new business opportunities, provides excellent client service, and represents ConnectWise with integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Influence others within the Sales team
  • Support contractual re-writes, MRR swaps/reductions, and credits
  • Investigate billing Issues, escalations, and downgrades
  • Serve as subject matter expert
  • Provide timely reporting of KPI’s, escalations, and key metrics
  • Implement key sales strategies and initiatives
  • Resolve cases in a timely and complete manner
  • Discover root cause of issues and implement solutions
  • Act as liaison between Account Management and Support
  • Work cross-functionally to drive outcomes and align with stakeholders

Requirements

  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Thorough knowledge of MSP/MSSP industry and IT Space
  • Strong sales, business development, and relationship management skills
  • Knowledge of business management and remote monitoring technologies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach and other sales tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
  • Qualified references in the industry
