Job Description

The Senior Client Implementation Manager is responsible for the successful, on-time delivery of Form Health solutions for clients and partners. This role involves project management, client management, knowledge of healthcare program integrations, and requires strong communication, problem-solving and leadership skills. The position is fully remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and implementation of assigned client projects
• Understand client needs, manage expectations, and provide regular updates
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, resources, timelines and deliverables
• Collaborate across various internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and communication
• Identify, assess and mitigate potential risks
• Monitor systems after launch, gather feedback and identify areas for improvement
• Gather client and vendor feedback to identify opportunities to improve/streamline implementation processes
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends to define recommended best practices to meet client needs

Requirements

• At least 5 years experience in a client-facing role within the healthcare industry
• Strong project management skills
• Superior organization and time management skills
• Experience managing implementations in the healthcare space, understanding integration points with health plans, pharmacy benefit managers, etc
• Ability to identify and resolve issues that arise during implementation
• Strong foundational knowledge of employer program implementations across multiple vendors
• BA/BS or equivalent experience in healthcare-related field preferred
• Ability to build credibility and trust by understanding and addressing customer requirements
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation and phone communication skills
• PMP preferred
