Job Description

As the Head of Human Resources, you will lead the HR function, aligning human capital strategies with business goals to drive organizational growth and operational excellence. You will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies, fostering a high-performance culture, and supporting the growth and scalability of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
  • Talent Management: Oversee full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and talent development
  • Employee Engagement & Culture: Foster a positive, innovative, and inclusive workplace culture
  • Performance Management: Design and implement performance management programs
  • Compensation & Benefits: Develop competitive compensation and benefits programs
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure HR policies and practices comply with regulations
  • HR Operations & Analytics: Leverage HRIS systems to improve HR operations
  • Leadership Development: Coach and mentor managers and leaders
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Champion DEI initiatives
  • Change Management: Lead organizational change efforts

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or other relevant certifications preferred
  • 8+ years of HR leadership experience, ideally within manufacturing, technology, or engineering environments
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and talent management strategies
  • Experience scaling HR functions in high-growth or startup environments
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Rippling, Workday, ADP) and HR analytics
