Job Description

Lendbuzz is seeking a Document Operations Specialist to work full-time on-site in their Boston office. The role involves managing documents, using computer systems, and collaborating with a team. Responsibilities include sending packages, uploading scans, investigating mail pieces, checking in vehicle titles, and providing support to remote team members.

Responsibilities

  • Send outgoing packages using FedEx, UPS, and other carriers
  • Upload scans of loan servicing related documents into Salesforce
  • Investigate loan servicing related mail pieces
  • Check in vehicle titles and triage next steps
  • Make informed decisions utilizing provided tools
  • Support remote team members with in office tasks
  • Reconcile current titles in office as needed
  • Perform other mail-related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in an office administration role or high volume corporate mail distribution department
  • Demonstrate independent decision-making abilities
  • Possess strong time management skills
  • Self-motivated and work well with minimal supervision
  • Familiarity with Google Suite
  • Familiarity with Salesforce preferred
  • Familiarity with vehicle titles or automotive dealerships preferred
