Lendbuzz is seeking a Bilingual Dealership Success Associate to drive success in the automotive industry through collaboration and diversity. You will engage with a diverse array of auto dealerships, spearhead initiatives in education, prospecting, and dealer support, enhance brand visibility, and foster prosperity across our inclusive dealership community. Fluency in English and another language (Spanish or Portuguese) is crucial.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage complex sales situations and defuse potential problems.
• Participate in monthly and quarterly sales meetings.
• Manage daily dealership operations in collaboration with Account Managers.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with dealership partners and clients.
• Partner cross-functionally to enhance sales strategies and workflows.
• Maintain and operate existing accounts while identifying opportunities to grow sales.
• Restructure deals as needed.
• Serve as a liaison of the funding team/titles team/remarketing/any operational teams.

Requirements

• Exceptional customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated integrity and a commitment to high ethical standards.
• Strong team orientation with the ability to excel independently.
• Positive, proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
• Fluency in English and either Spanish or Portuguese.
• Prior experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools preferred.
• Prior sales experience is essential; familiarity with the automotive industry is beneficial.
