Lendbuzz is seeking a Dealership Success Associate to be a pivotal force in their dealer partner network's growth. The role involves engaging with auto dealerships, spearheading initiatives in education, prospecting, and dealer support, enhancing brand visibility, and fostering prosperity across the dealership community. Fluency in English and another language (Spanish or Portuguese) is crucial.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Manage complex sales situations and defuse potential problems
• Participate in sales meetings
• Manage daily dealership operations in collaboration with Account Managers
• Foster strong relationships with dealership partners and clients
• Enhance sales strategies and workflows
• Maintain and operate existing accounts while identifying opportunities to grow sales
• Restructure deals as needed
• Serve as a liaison of the funding team and other operational teams

Requirements

• Exceptional customer service, communication, and organizational skills
• Demonstrated integrity and commitment to high ethical standards
• Strong team orientation with the ability to excel independently
• Positive, proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and adapt
• Fluency in English and either Spanish or Portuguese
• Prior experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools preferred
• Prior sales experience is essential; familiarity with the automotive industry is beneficial
