Lendbuzz is seeking a highly motivated Luxury Auto Finance Manager to join their growing team. Responsibilities

  • Drive acquisition of high-value accounts in luxury automotive market.
  • Expand Lendbuzz's presence and market share in premium segment.
  • Build and manage long-term relationships with dealership partners and clients.
  • Provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Work closely with clients to understand needs and structure customized finance solutions.
  • Analyze market data, interpret financial reports, and deliver insights.
  • Lead negotiations with dealerships and clients, ensuring competitive deals.
  • Influence key stakeholders through excellent communication and sales techniques.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, analyzing competitor offerings and market conditions.
  • Adjust strategies to ensure Lendbuzz remains a leader in luxury auto finance.
  • Travel extensively to meet with dealership partners, attend events, and foster relationships.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years experience in finance or sales, focusing on luxury automotive market.
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets and managing high-value accounts.
  • Extensive knowledge of and network within the luxury automotive industry.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and financial reports.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
  • Proactive, self-driven approach with ability to work independently.
