Lendbuzz is seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join their rapidly growing Sales Team as a Sales Recruiter. This position will report directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager and collaborate closely to achieve the company’s hiring goals. The position requires a passion for connecting talented individuals with exciting opportunities in a dynamic FinTech environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full cycle recruitment for various positions
• Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract top talent
• Screen and interview candidates
• Manage the interview process
• Provide feedback to candidates
• Extend and negotiate job offers
• Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager
• Assist in managing recruitment projects

Requirements

• 3-5 years of proven hands-on experience in fast-paced recruitment
• Proven track record of successfully engaging passive talent
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with current recruitment trends, tools, and technologies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
