Job Description

Lendbuzz is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead sales hiring efforts and help scale their go-to-market teams. This role involves full-cycle recruitment, building recruitment strategies, and collaborating with hiring managers to attract and hire top sales talent in a fast-growing FinTech company.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the full-cycle recruitment process for all sales roles
  • Build and execute recruitment strategies to attract top sales talent
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
  • Develop and manage sourcing strategies using various job boards and social media
  • Lead interview processes, ensuring consistency and a positive candidate experience
  • Manage the offer process, including preparing offers and negotiating with candidates
  • Analyze recruiting metrics to continuously improve hiring processes
  • Lead and support a team of recruiters, providing mentorship
  • Active sourcing and recruiting responsibilities

Requirements

  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years focused on sales roles
  • Experience in Automotive Finance or FinTech is a plus
  • A track record of successfully sourcing and engaging passive talent
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems such as Lever
  • Prior experience managing or mentoring recruiters is preferred
  • Ability to adapt and operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working onsite in the Orlando office
