Job Description

Centuria, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), is seeking a Wing Cyberspace Lead to support the 66th Air Base Group (66 ABG) at Hanscom Air Force Base. This role involves managing the COMSEC program, implementing the Risk Management Framework, leading cybersecurity projects, and ensuring compliance with cybersecurity directives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cybersecurity within the DoD or other Federal Agency, strong knowledge of Air Force and DoD cybersecurity directives, and expert-level knowledge of the RMF process and eMASS.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Communications Security (COMSEC) program
• Manage, implement, and execute Risk Management Framework (RMF) functions
• Lead cybersecurity projects and establish base cybersecurity policies
• Review and process cybersecurity vulnerability alerts and STIGs
• Ensure systems meet security requirements and risks are mitigated
• Direct team members and assist customers in security solutions analysis
• Support the accreditation of FFRDC classified system plans

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity/Information Technology or equivalent
• 8 years' experience with Cybersecurity in DoD or Federal Agency (4 years may substitute for degree)
• 3 years' experience in general information technology
• Strong knowledge of Air Force, DoD, and Federal Cybersecurity Directives
• Expert knowledge of RMF process, Cyber Defense, and eMASS
• Experience with Active Directory
• Ability to work effectively with others on projects
• Hands-on experience with Cybersecurity tasks
• CISSP certification
• Active Top-Secret Clearance
