Job Description

Centuria, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), is seeking a VIDEO TELECONFERENCING SERVICES OPERATIONS professional to manage and support video teleconferencing (VTC) systems. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, providing technical support, ensuring system compliance, and consulting on repairs and upgrades. The role requires in-depth knowledge of VTC operations, management techniques, devices, methods, services, and standards, as well as experience supporting high-profile VTC requirements for senior military and executive personnel.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and schedule VTC and telephone bridging appointments
  • Provide technical support for VTC systems
  • Ensure system operational capability and compliance with standards
  • Consult and perform VTC systems scheduling and facilitation
  • Analyze and recommend VTC repairs and upgrades
  • Oversee and monitor daily operations of VTC facilities
  • Implement solutions to technical problems
  • Ensure adherence to internal security standards
  • Plan, schedule, and carry out responsibilities independently
  • Resolve complex problems and inform government leads of issues
  • Provide professional multimedia presentation and VTC support

Requirements

  • 5 years of active and recent experience in VTC call management for the DOD
  • In-depth knowledge of VTC operations, management, devices, methods, services, and standards
  • In-depth knowledge of specialized communications processes and techniques used in VTC systems
  • In-depth knowledge of DOD and DON communications concepts
  • In-depth skill in operating complex VTC systems
  • In-depth skill in determining the feasibility of using new equipment and techniques
  • In-depth skill in facilitating high-profile AV and VTC requirements for senior personnel
  • Active Secret clearance
