Job Description

Lead the technical planning and execution of projects for the Order Capture team. Collaborate with other lead engineers on strategic technical planning. Identify and implement tooling for development, testing, and deployment. Oversee development processes, including system architecture, code quality, and deployment pipelines. Solve complex engineering challenges, integrating systems for cart management, payment processing, and fraud prevention. Enhance system performance through iterative improvements, leveraging data-driven insights.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience
• B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent
• Strong programming skills in multiple languages (Python preferred)
• Effective communication skills
• Extensive experience with complex distributed software systems
• Ability to understand and model business problems
• Desire to ship products over extensive polishing
• Expertise in cart systems, payment gateways, and fraud detection (a plus)
