Minted is seeking a versatile and experienced Full Stack Software Engineer proficient in Python and TypeScript to contribute to the development of applications and services that power their core shopping experience. The role involves both front-end and back-end development, mentoring junior engineers, driving process improvements, and working with leadership on technical requirements and user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain front-end and back-end components using Python & TypeScript
• Mentor junior engineers
• Drive process improvements and architectural changes
• Write robust tests and build automation for continuous deployment
• Work with leadership on technical requirements and user experiences
• Manage and complete complex projects
• Make decisions and ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Strong proficiency in Python, React, TypeScript
• Experience with Service Oriented Architectures
• Experience with Elasticsearch and Kafka
• Knowledge of database systems and SQL or NoSQL
• Familiarity with Storybook and component-driven development
• Understanding of modern front-end development practices
