Job Description

As a growth engineer at ClassDojo, you'll work across the stack to build features and launch experiments that unlock opportunities and drive growth. You’ll work on production code from day one in a pair programming environment, deploy often, move quickly, and have your work used by millions of students, teachers, and parents around the world every day. In addition, you’ll help us further develop our high-quality engineering culture, one that values rapid iteration, collaboration, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Build features and launch experiments to drive growth
• Work on production code in a pair programming environment
• Deploy code often and quickly
• Help develop a high-quality engineering culture
• Work with engineers, designers, and product teams

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software experience, preferably with several years in Growth Engineering or A/B Testing
• Experience generating and executing product experiments that drove significant scale in users and revenue
• Experience driving technical tooling and process around experimentation
• Ownership mindset with responsibility and accountability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for creating and maintaining a world-class engineering culture
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
• Experience working in a pair programming environment
• Passion for education and impacting children's lives
• Work in Americas timezones
