Job Description

Help grow ClassDojo to be the world's most widely-used pre-K-8 product and most-loved consumer education brand for kids. Deeply understand our market and bring that to life through engaging go-to-market campaigns that drive impact. Influence the product roadmap and strategize alongside product managers, data scientists, growth marketers, creative teams, and other cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

  • Develop customer facing product narratives
  • Lead go-to-market strategy for new products and features
  • Conduct market research to define segmentation and targeting strategy
  • Deeply understand customers and how they interact
  • Partner with creative leadership to develop compelling creative
  • Build measurable KPIs for all product marketing plans

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience at a consumer brand
  • Master at launching consumer products
  • Customer champion with experience driving market research
  • Excellent storytelling skills
  • Experience with segmentation, targeting and positioning
  • Highly collaborative
  • Ownership, inventive problem solver, high-level of accountability
  • Moves faster than is comfortable, an instigator
  • Highly empathetic
