Job Description

As RevOps Lead, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our go-to-market (GTM) function. This role requires a strategic leader who takes initiative, balances strategy with execution, and owns solutions end-to-end. You’ll be responsible for identifying business challenges, developing strategies and solutions, optimizing workflows, and ensuring our go-to-market (GTM) teams operate with efficiency and clarity.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership
  • Operate as the “CEO” of our GTM Innovation squad
  • Design and deploy AI-first solutions
  • Analyze sales performance data
  • Develop and maintain robust sales reports and dashboards
  • Drive forecasting accuracy
  • Educate the sales team
  • Design and optimize revenue workflows and processes
  • Lead concurrent projects
  • Translate business needs into scalable systems
  • Own the rev ops tech stack

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations in high-growth B2B environments
  • Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and takes full ownership
  • Deep experience with CRM & GTM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, etc), analytics tools, and sales enablement platforms
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Passion for driving operational efficiencies and scalable growth
  • Excellent stakeholder management
