Job Description

Create and scale new consumer products for a network of tens of millions of children and families, building a global consumer education business. Grow ClassDojo to the next order of magnitude while deepening love for the brand. Work closely with co-founders, CTO, Head of Product, Head of Marketing, and cross-functional teams to invent and test exciting long-term ideas. Work at both strategic and tactical levels, turning data, research, and intuition into products and experiences that tens of millions of children will love.

Responsibilities

  • Create and scale new consumer products

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in product management
  • Achieved product-market fit with new consumer products
  • Experience as a founder or equivalent accountability
  • Monetized consumer products (ideally subscriptions or marketplaces)
  • Strong grasp of product strategy and intuition
  • Enjoy speaking with customers and conducting user research
  • Strong quantitative skills
  • Work well in resource-constrained environments
  • Excellent written and spoken communication
