Job Description

Simpplr is seeking an experienced Employee Experience Technical Consultant to partner with customer stakeholders, define program strategies, serve as an implementation advisor, and provide platform training and enablement. This role requires working US hours and involves implementing employee engagement and communication strategies using the Simpplr One platform.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with customers to define and implement employee engagement and communication strategies
  • Conduct discovery and lead strategy discussions
  • Implement concurrent projects, providing expert advice
  • Provide program strategies supporting employee surveys, recognition, communications, and engagement
  • Provide best practices guidance and suggested use cases
  • Define solutions for standard and unique use cases
  • Educate and train customers on Simpplr features
  • Work with Simpplr leadership to evolve and scale the implementation process
  • Work with Product Management to evolve Simpplr’s product offering
  • Collaborate with other teams to document best practices

Requirements

  • 6+ years in employee experience, internal communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of technical consulting and enablement experience
  • 4+ years of experience working remotely as part of an international team
  • 4+ years supporting an international customer base
  • 4+ years of experience implementing and/or maintaining modern intranets or employee experience platforms
  • Familiarity with support ticketing tools
  • Familiarity with project management concepts
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Active listener
  • Able to lead multiple projects concurrently
  • Able to quickly learn new tools and technologies
  • Able to think creatively
