Job Description

A primary quota carrier in the North America sales team, responsible for enterprise accounts, focusing on new partnerships, upselling, and developing opportunities in a fast-paced environment with highly differentiated products.

Responsibilities

  • Establish a vision and plan for accounts
  • Deliver ARR targets
  • Develop and execute sales strategies
  • Land, adopt, expand, and deepen sales opportunities
  • Explore relationships and business possibilities
  • Become a thought leader of OffSec's products
  • Expand relationships and orchestrate deals
  • Utilize partner and alliance relationships
  • Ensure efficient use of resources
  • Provide input to internal departments
  • Position OffSec as a partner
  • Champion OffSec to clients and partners
  • Maintain sales forecast
  • Bring strategies and ideas

Requirements

  • 7+ years of enterprise sales experience
  • 3+ years selling cybersecurity solutions
  • Experience with partners, channels, and alliances
  • Measurable track record in new business development
  • Experience in market creation phase
  • Proven track record of closing six-figure deals
  • Experience in the C-suite
  • Experience with target account selling
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Self-starter mentality
  • Strong operating rhythm
  • High performant characteristics
