Job Description

As an Account Executive, you will work directly with restaurants and hospitality groups to identify gaps in their current tools and recommend SevenRooms Platform solutions, including reservation, waitlist & table management, online ordering, and marketing automation. You will add new restaurants to the platform, collaborate with operational teams, and foster relationships with operators to ensure a smooth transition and ongoing commitment to using SevenRooms. This role involves full-cycle sales, from prospecting to go-live, and requires building strong relationships with clients.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hospitality technology sales experience
  • Presentation capabilities (face-to-face and virtual)
  • Ability to work autonomously, in-office and remotely
  • Technological savviness
  • Results-driven approach
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, and equivalent tools
  • Restaurant/hospitality experience (a plus)
