Job Description

As an Account Executive, you will work with restaurants and hospitality groups to identify gaps in their current tools, recommending SevenRooms Platform solutions, including reservation, waitlist & table management, Online Ordering for delivery & pickup, marketing automation, and more. This role involves adding new restaurants to the SevenRooms platform, collaborating with operational teams to support onboarding, and fostering relationships with operators to ensure a smooth transition and commitment to using the platform.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a pipeline of restaurants and hospitality groups for acquisition
  • Master the value proposition of the SevenRooms platform
  • Conduct meetings and demos virtually and in person
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to go-live
  • Build relationships with partners and advocate for SevenRooms clients

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hospitality technology sales experience
  • Face-to-face and virtual presentation capability
  • Autonomous in work and able to work both in-office and remotely
  • Technologically savvy with a desire to learn new tools
  • Drive for results in daily responsibilities
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, and equivalent tools
  • Restaurant / Hospitality experience a plus
  • Travel into core markets periodically
