Maven is seeking a Manager of Care Delivery to lead a team of Care Advocates and Care Coaches, fostering a strong team culture and ensuring high-quality care for women and families in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Manage Care Advocates and Care Coaches through one-on-ones, performance reviews, and development planning
Master Maven’s business and Care Delivery responsibilities
Lead by example to ensure empathetic care
Achieve key performance indicators and coach team members to drive clinical outcomes, engagement, member satisfaction, and productivity
Monitor team practices to ensure adherence to quality standards and operational SOPs
Facilitate team alignment with organizational objectives and lead through change
Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams
Participate in and lead member care-related projects
Hold team accountable for KPIs
Requirements
5–7 years of experience in allied health, human services, digital health or healthcare organizations, including at least 3 years of experience managing teams
Experience in family planning and maternal-child health areas
Strong sense of empathy
Savvy business judgment and the ability to support data-driven, results-oriented decision-making
Experience in motivating a team to achieve KPIs, drive efficiency, and managing change
