Job Description

Maven is seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive the end-to-end sales process for mid-sized employers. This role involves creating market demand, developing prospect strategies, architecting deals, and managing the entire sales process to drive revenue and scale the company.

Responsibilities

  • Create market demand

Requirements

  • 5+ years of direct sales experience, with 2+ years selling into HR
  • Experience in digital health, employer benefits, and/or healthcare systems
  • Exceptional sales performance history
  • Experience leading end-to-end sales processes
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to travel within territory ~30% of the month
  • Strong organizational skills
