Job Description

Maven is seeking an experienced Regional Vice President to drive growth with large employers by creating market demand, developing strategies, and architecting deals. This role involves leading sales efforts, achieving goals, and collaborating with channel partners.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 10+ years of direct sales experience
  • 5+ years of experience with HR buyers of companies with 25K+ employees
  • Strong sales performance history
  • Understanding of the healthcare ecosystem
  • Growth mindset
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Comfort with data
  • Network within the HR/employee benefits community
