Job Description

Maven is seeking a self-motivated, quantitative thinker to drive strategic finance initiatives, analyze data, and support executive decision-making. The role involves building business cases, refining financial data infrastructure, and evaluating revenue performance.

Responsibilities

• Manipulate large datasets and create new analytical frameworks
• Support decision-making for executives and senior leadership teams
• Refine financial data infrastructure and operations
• Project unit economics based on enrollment rates
• Lead competitive intelligence reporting
• Create models to evaluate revenue performance
• Analyze unit economics to develop reporting on account-specific performance

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or financial management
• Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen
• Clear communication skills
• Familiarity with quote-to-cash systems
• Strong understanding of B2B SaaS pricing and revenue recognition
