Job Description

Maven is seeking a strategic and operationally-minded Senior Fertility Market Strategy Manager to own the strategy and operations for Maven’s fertility pharmacy program, collaborate with the network operations team, and cultivate partnerships with specialty pharmacy partners and pharmaceutical manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with pharmacy and pharmaceutical manufacturer partners
• Manage and execute contracting processes
• Serve as an internal subject matter expert on Maven’s fertility pharmacy program
• Lead cross-functional workstreams related to ecosystem changes
• Participate externally at select conferences and industry events
• Define and operationalize a scalable approach to strategic engagement
• Drive partner-level analytics and performance insights

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, network management, partnerships, or operations
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Experience designing and improving partner-facing processes and support models
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Passion for Maven’s mission
