Job Description

Maven is seeking a Director, People Operations to lead compensation, equity, and benefits programs, scale HR processes, systems, and analytics, and design employee policies and rewards strategy. The ideal candidate will build innovative and scalable rewards programs and systems for a late-stage tech company.

Responsibilities

• Lead People Operations team
• Partner on compensation strategy
• Lead compensation review and open enrollment cycles
• Lead HRIS systems and processes
• Drive people data analysis
• Own benefits offerings strategy
• Innovate and react to market changes
• Lead change management of rewards philosophy
• Partner on performance management and talent review strategy
• Evolve people policies
• Partner with stakeholders on rewards initiatives

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in total rewards strategy & administration and HR Operations
• Experience designing and executing employee and executive reward strategies
• Experience partnering with internal senior stakeholders
• Deep analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Hands-on leader
• Influence and partner with stakeholders
• Strong proficiency in Google Suite
• Understanding of Excel/Sheets formulas and functions
