Job Description

Maven is seeking an experienced professional to execute its consulting/broker relationship strategy to increase presence, drive growth, and increase revenue through these channels. The role involves developing and executing growth strategies, maintaining broker playbooks, managing feedback loops, and organizing presentations.

Responsibilities

  • Drive broker relations strategy within a defined geographical region
  • Develop and execute growth strategies for key broker relationships
  • Maintain and refine broker playbooks
  • Manage Customer Success and Sales team feedback loop
  • Monitor and report key learnings and Salesforce insights
  • Leverage executives for presentations
  • Organize meetings, presentations, and training sessions for brokers and consultants

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of benefits consulting/consultant relations experience
  • Account knowledge, consulting and broker contacts, and industry relationships
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to communicate at all levels and partner cross-functionally
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Experience in an agile, fast-paced environment
  • Must be located on the South East (Eastern timezone)
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
