Job Description

The Inventory Analyst plays a key role in ensuring efficient and accurate inventory operations, with a focus on gift set build coordination and inventory management. This role is responsible for planning and supporting the execution of gift set builds and ensuring team adherence to SOPs and process improvements. Additionally, the Inventory Analyst supports physical inventory execution, training, and continuous improvement initiatives to drive inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and execution of regular cycle counts
• Lead the execution of annual physical inventory
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Maintain and analyze inventory reports
• Support training of team members on inventory management practices
• Ensure inventory transactions are completed correctly
• Plan and schedule gift set builds
• Prepare and communicate detailed build instructions
• Provide hands-on support during builds
• Ensure team is trained on gift set build SOPs
• Identify and escalate build issues
• Identify inefficiencies in build plans and recommend improvements
• Support post-build reviews and drive implementation of process enhancement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering or Supply Chain preferred
• 3+ years of experience in Sourcing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management or Purchasing
• Strong working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics using business management software (ERP/MRP)
• Ability to navigate external and internal relationships with key stakeholders
