Job Description

The Artisan manufactures and ensures the quality of watch straps or leather goods. They work in cutting, assembly, and inspection, adapting to different stations as needed. Responsibilities include operating machines, maintaining safety, inspecting products, and meeting production goals.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and operate machines
• Use PPE and follow safety recommendations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Maintain product, furniture, tools, and machinery
• Perform daily tool and machine maintenance
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures
• Inspect products and reject defects
• Achieve daily production goals
• Declare quantities on the system
• Train other artisans
• Participate in problem-solving and process improvements
• Communicate with supervisors on critical issues

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience in manufacturing (leather, textile, electronics, or medical industry)
• Experience in quality control
• Ability to understand and follow instructions
• Punctuality
• Openness to learn and work in different stations
