Job Description

Assemble watches of all models, including mechanical and quartz movements, following standard operating procedures based on production specifications.

Responsibilities

• Make quick and accurate troubleshooting decisions
• Adjust machine controls to exact positions
• Grasp, manipulate, or assemble small objects
• Arrange items or actions in a certain order
• Listen to and understand information
• Concentrate on a task over long periods
• Adhere to safety protocols
• Complete watch assembly following standard operating procedures

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Drug screen and National Criminal Background Check
• 20/20 vision or corrected 20/20 vision
• Able to sit for extended periods
• Excellent eye/hand coordination
• Ability to handle small instruments with precision
• Ability to understand and follow directions
• Candidates with both electrical and mechanical assembly experience are encouraged
