The Client Success Manager in Sports & Entertainment is a customer-facing role, managing customer expectations and building relationships to protect renewals and generate referrals.
Responsibilities
Become a trusted advisor for Sports & Entertainment accounts
Understand and advocate for clients
Own end of season, quarterly, and year-end business reviews
Provide updates to clients on industry best practices and recommendations
Take a consultative approach to improve client operations
Oversee projects from order to install
Collaborate with various departments for solutions
Partner with Business Development to manage and grow accounts
Provide an escalation path for site issues
Provide reports as requested
Communicate schedules, updates, and risks
Liaison with Business Development
Build relationships and influence others
Hold regular reviews with sites and corporate contacts
Work with third party vendors
Demonstrate leadership and communication skills
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years Client Success or relevant experience
Payments experience is a plus
Strong understanding of software and third party integrations is preferred
Hospitality experience is preferred
Excellent teamwork and relationship building skills
