Job Description

Shift4 is seeking an Account Executive to sell crypto and stablecoin related products to merchants, including payment and settlement solutions, and card processing solutions. The role involves sales, onboarding, account support, and contributing to the strategic growth of the crypto vertical, with a focus on both new and existing Shift4 merchants.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine sales processes
• Maintain and monitor sales pipelines
• Manage pipelines for different products
• Perform cold outreach
• Handle inbound requests
• Sell crypto and stablecoin products to existing merchants
• Support onboarding and account management
• Provide feedback to inform strategy

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in account management or inside sales
• Experience with crypto and stablecoins
• Self-starter and able to work with limited supervision
• Interested in working in a startup-like environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt
