Job Description

The Accountant, Fixed Assets & Inventory will join the Accounting department as part of a high growth company launching into international markets. The role involves working in a collaborative environment, focusing on fixed assets, intangibles, and inventory, including accounting for SkyTab POS equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in monthly closing processes for fixed assets, intangibles, and inventory
  • Analyze financial results to identify variances
  • Collaborate with business partners to improve accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintain fixed asset modules within the ERP system
  • Assist in internal and external audit requests

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
  • 3-5 years of related experience
  • ERP experience (Oracle EBS/Oracle Fusion a plus)
  • Hands on general ledger experience preferred
  • Excellent Excel skills and strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-directed individual with strong motivation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact and partner with people at all levels
  • Flexibility, team orientation, and willingness to learn
