Job Description

The Compensation Analyst supports the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs that align with the organization’s pay philosophy and business goals. This role conducts market analysis, manages salary survey participation, supports job evaluations, and provides data-driven recommendations to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze market and internal salary data
  • Manage compensation surveys
  • Evaluate job descriptions and determine salary ranges
  • Support annual compensation planning
  • Assist in developing salary structures
  • Provide compensation analysis for offers and promotions
  • Partner with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition
  • Monitor regulatory changes
  • Support compensation communication and training
  • Assist in building compensation dashboards
  • Contribute to compensation projects

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in compensation or related field
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills
  • Familiarity with job evaluation methodologies
  • Ability to interpret compensation data
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
