Job Description

The HR Lead for Product & Technology will shape and execute HR strategies, supporting high-performing teams in product management, engineering, and technology. This role involves strategic HR leadership, talent development, retention strategies, and global HR execution, requiring experience in tech organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as HR leader and advisor to the Chief Product Officer and Technology leadership team
  • Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategies
  • Influence and negotiate on HR initiatives
  • Design and implement career paths and development frameworks
  • Provide executive coaching to senior leaders
  • Drive succession planning and high-potential programs
  • Develop strategies to attract, retain, and engage top technical talent
  • Partner with business leaders to drive culture and change management
  • Lead employee listening strategies
  • Partner with COEs to design and deliver compensation and benefits strategies
  • Ensure a consistent and global approach to HR
  • Lead HR transformation initiatives

Requirements

  • 10+ years of HRBP experience with 5+ years supporting technology organizations
  • Experience in fintech, payments, or high-growth tech companies preferred
  • Proven ability to influence and drive HR strategy globally
  • Strong background in organizational design and workforce planning
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and execute in a fast-moving environment
  • Experience leading global HR initiatives
  • Strong data-driven approach
