Shift4 is expanding its QA division and is hiring a Quality Assurance Engineer to participate in the evolution and execution of procedures for the Lighthouse internal system, ensuring the quality of new features and software releases, and maintaining quality standards for company products.

Responsibilities

• Developing testing strategies and test plans
• Reviewing product requirements and defining test cases
• Creating manual test cases
• Configuring and preparing test systems and curating test data sets
• Performing functional and integration testing
• Collaborating cross-functionally
• Participating in continuous improvements
• Helping define and evolve QA processes
• Diagnosing and resolving issues
• Maximizing quality and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• 3+ years of web application testing experience
• 1+ years of API testing experience
• SQL proficiency
• Understanding of QA methodologies and testing types
• Experience in an Agile SDLC environment
• Skilled in validating deliverables
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated and quality-driven team player
