As Senior Engineering Manager for the Perception engineering team at Labelbox, you will lead a team that builds easy-to-use and efficient tools that support the development of cutting-edge AI systems like those for generative AI and computer vision. You will manage daily operations, contribute technical expertise, and collaborate with other engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in full-stack development and 2+ years managing engineering teams
• Strong software design and architecture skills
• Expertise in programming languages such as TypeScript and Python
• Hands-on experience with front-end frameworks like React
• Strong understanding of the AI/ML ecosystem
• Experience with developing AI/ML tooling
• Project management expertise, including agile methodologies
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
