Requirements
Experience managing forward-deployed engineering, solutions engineering or sales engineering teams
Proven track record in building teams
Experience developing and implementing operational processes
Solid engineering background
Professional background in the AI industry
Exceptional communication skills
Prior experience in the human data industry is desirable
Experience managing geographically dispersed teams
Passion for AI and the intersection of technology, product, and customer needs
Strong project management and organizational skills
