Job Description

The NFL is seeking a Compensation Director to lead the analysis, administration, and maintenance of domestic and international compensation and incentive plans, overseeing internal position management and accurate tracking of the NFL workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Manage annual compensation planning cycle
  • Oversee compensation benchmarking surveys and data analysis
  • Develop compensation modeling scenarios
  • Review and approve hiring ranges
  • Partner with Finance, HRBPs, and Talent Acquisition on position management
  • Ensure compliance with wage and hour laws
  • Collaborate on program design and administration
  • Manage incentive plan for Media Sales team
  • Run Ad Hoc analyses
  • Review and recommend compensation change requests
  • Monitor compensation trends
  • Support executive compensation administration
  • Assist with Compensation Committee meetings
  • Ensure Oracle HCM and Compensation Module systems meet needs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10+ years of compensation or Total Rewards management experience including 3+ years of management experience
  • Experience with compensation program design and market analysis
  • Knowledge of international pay practices
  • Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills
  • HR analytics and data visualization skills
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Experience gathering and interpreting large sets of data
  • CCP or GRP certification preferred
  • Oracle HCM experience preferred
  • Ability to manage projects effectively
  • Ability to make decisions independently
  • Ability to work with senior executives
