Job Description

The HR Operations Coordinator will join the Shared Services team, offering operational support and data analytics to enhance the NFL employee experience and scale HR capabilities. The role involves managing HR tickets, processing transactions in Oracle HCM, and contributing to data insights. This collaborative role requires maintaining strong working relationships with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve tier-1 HR inquiries through ServiceNow
  • Process HR transactions in Oracle HCM
  • Support talent acquisition processes
  • Enter and maintain employee data in HR systems
  • Maintain relationships with cross-functional teams
  • Develop and organize documentation for HR operational processes
  • Support the creation of people analytics using Excel, Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), Tableau and or other data visualization tools
  • Assist in identifying trends and insights related to hiring, turnover, employee engagement, or performance

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years in HR Operations, Shared Services, HRIS, or an HR support role
  • Experience with ServiceNow, Oracle HCM Cloud and UGK preferred
  • Experience using Excel, Tableau, or similar tools for data analysis and visualization
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Customer-first mindset with a pleasant, team-oriented demeanor
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in both HR operations and analytics
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Clear and concise communication skills
