The Vice President is responsible for the oversight and administration of active and retired player benefits in the NFL-NFLPA Collective Bargaining Agreement and the NFL Player Care Foundation. This role involves leading a team, managing relationships, and supervising consultants.

Responsibilities

• Negotiating and administering benefits
• Overseeing appeals process
• Developing communication strategy
• Supporting the PCF Board
• Acquiring mastery of benefit plans
• Developing relationships with trustees
• Overseeing administration of Benefit Plans
• Managing outside consultants
• Leading CBA negotiations
• Developing relationships with NFLPA staff
• Supervising NFL staff
• Developing player programming
• Serving as Trustee
• Acting as lead liaison
• Strategic planning

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Juris Doctorate
• Experience with union workforce
• Collective bargaining experience
• Strong management and communication skills
• Commitment to staying current
