Job Description

The Vice President is responsible for the oversight and administration of active and retired player benefits in the NFL-NFLPA Collective Bargaining Agreement and the NFL Player Care Foundation. This role involves leading a team, managing relationships, and supervising consultants.

Responsibilities

  • Negotiating and administering benefits
  • Overseeing appeals process

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Juris Doctorate
  • Experience with union workforce
  • Collective bargaining experience
